Please review these terms carefully before subscribing to or using ClipAutoMax services.
1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing our website, subscribing to any service, or installing the ClipAutoMax AI Concierge widget on your storefront, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you may not access or use our services.
2. Service Description
ClipAutoMax provides an automated AI Chatbot Concierge service for e-commerce and retail websites. Our service includes configuration, training on your exact sizing charts and rules, lead capture routing via Make.com into Google Sheets, and technical concierge support.
3. Subscriptions, Pricing & "Founding" Terms
Services are provided on a recurring monthly subscription basis. Current standard tiers, features, and included allocations are published on our Pricing page (e.g., $300/mo for Text Concierge, $399/mo for Text + Voice Bundle). "Founding" rates ($197/mo or $276/mo) are locked strictly for 3 monthly billing cycles, after which subscriptions automatically transition to standard rates published on our Pricing page unless canceled.
4. Payment Terms & Overage Billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance per your selected plan. Plans include a specified monthly allocation of AI text conversations (e.g., 300 monthly conversations) and/or voice minutes. Text overages are billed at $60 per additional 150 conversation block. Voice overages are billed at $1.00 per overage minute.
5. No Free Trial & 48-Hour Money-Back Guarantee
We do not offer free trials due to custom setup requirements. We offer a strict 48-Hour 100% Money-Back Guarantee. Requests submitted within 48 hours of setup completion to clipautomax@gmail.com will receive a full refund.
6. Cancellation & Governing Law
Cancel anytime before your next renewal date by emailing clipautomax@gmail.com. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.
