2. How We Use Information
Visitor chat data is used solely to answer product queries and route lead contact details to your designated Google Sheets account. We do not sell, rent, or trade visitor or client data to third parties under any circumstances.
3. Third-Party Infrastructure
Our concierge widget and automation workflows utilize secure third-party infrastructure providers (including Voiceglow / ConvoCore, Make.com, and Google Workspace APIs). Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
4. Data Retention & Deletion Rights
Store owners can request the complete deletion of their catalog training data and logged leads at any time by contacting our support team at clipautomax@gmail.com.
